HHO System Plans
Their are quite a few places selling HHO System Plans now and I have not read them all so I can't vouch for them. The plans that I used were from the Water for Gas guys and if you would like to check them out then CLICK HERE
I was happy with these guys and I received a lot of information from them. One of the best things is that they also have a forum that you get access to so you can actually ask somebody a question if you need to. It looks like most of the other places are just a book so if you need help you are probably just on your own.
The system plans do change a little bit depending on the age and fuel system of your car. With the newer cars it is a little harder to get going because you have to trick the computer into leaning out the fuel mixture. You do this with either a Map Sensor Enhancer or an EFIE device. (Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer)
Not really a big deal but it does require a little more work and of course will cost a little more in parts.
Found some better plans than the Water4Gas guys. Click Here to visit HHoExposed.com and see what I'm talking about.
How To Build An HHO Cell
Learning how to build an HHO cell was actually pretty easy. You just use either plates or wire as the conductor inside of the cell, it is real similar to the way a lead acid battery is set up.
On the lid of the HHO cell you will have a couple of studs to connect the wires from your battery to the conductors inside of the cell. There will also be a fitting to attach your output hose, the vent line (bubbler), and if desired a check valve that will let the pressure vent if you lose vacuum to the cell.
As far as actually building it then it is easy and all of the parts are available in regular stores. The problem is that they are not available in the same store so you have to do some running around. Or there are several for sale online so you can just by one if you don't feel like building it.
